Occupational Therapy + Holistic Nutrition = The Therapeutic Foodie Kids Club!
Monthly Program Starting February

When: February 18 11:00am  - 12:00pm

Where: Hunter's Threads Store, 2124 Taraval St, San Francisco

Who: Kids aged 5-7 years

Led by: Christina Pandolfo, MS, OTR/L, NC

Our February Group will be making Banana Sushi and No Bake Berry Snack


Group Focus: 

  • Promoting hand strength, dexterity, bilateral coordination, and overall fine motor skills

  • Sensory processing: these hands on recipes will introduce tactile experiences slowly and

  • gradually as your child is ready to experience them

  • Promoting cognitive skills including sequencing tasks and safety awareness

  • Promoting functional daily living skills from an early age

  • Early exposure to nutritious ingredients for a lifetime of healthy eating

  • Promoting picky eaters to get involved in cooking fun!

Recipe handouts will be provided for parents!

*All recipes are gluten-free + casein-free and can be modified for food

sensitivities and allergies.

$50 per class
