Goals

  • Stimulate sense of proprioception, which is calming to our central nervous system

  • Enjoy a great way to de-stress

  • Increases flexibility

  • Gives kids a life tool that will facilitate mental and physical wellness.

Instructor

Catherine Cowen, a pediatric occupational therapist who has created playful, engaging yoga sessions specially structured for children.

​

Sessions are free, to support families during this difficult time.
